I would have to agree with you on that one Ben, I love the whole getting real creative to get a deal done mode!

I'm going to be changing modes slightly with the forclosure market.

I think I am going to start making some business cards and post cards to get myself out of analysis paralysis mode and into action mode.

If you truly know what you want, and you understand the market well, and you've developed a network of people who know what you like to buy / rent / sell, then I don't see the value in paying anyone else for agency.

I hope to network with other investors on this site, share knowledge, and provide some opportunities to make money for other investors.

Network with Local REO Real Estate Agents, Local Real Estate Investment Groups or Clubs, etc. as some of these individuals are your Inside Connections to Access the Info. that you need to Succeed in your Quest for Success as You Invest In Real Estate for Profit (Dollars).

It is easier to network when people are reading various thread if you can see where someone is from, what they do, what they have to offer, etc.Just check the rules to make sure that you are sharing the right things in the right way.John Corey
