Northside imo is hipster heaven and getting better every day.... probably the best/most centrally located neighborhood in the city- near UC, downtown, and heavy manufacturing areas.

Hi All,I am new to BP and this is my first post.I am just getting my feet wet and located in Detroit, MI.

Based off our situation and the current market we believe San Antonio is the best location for our success.  

Isaac , this is a very ambitious project my friend.I would start with Bildwise ,they have extensive experience in this market,and contractors they use all the time,which gives them consistency.They can probably ball park it for you first and then do a detailed sow if you choose .Disclaimer :I have no affiliation with BildwisePlease keep us in the loop with progress

The buyer will understand that they have to honor the leases that are in place but will be able to do what they want at the expiration of the lease (it sounds like their are no renewal options or lease extensions available in the lease your wrote).I hope this helps some.

Also, as Luther mentioned, your potential local contact person (heck, maybe you can locate them on BP if you don't know of anyone where your rental is) can see if there are any issues with the unit or property as a whole. 

Rates are different depending on your location and I am not sure what you are seeing in Delaware but here in Texas we see 12-14% APR and 2 - 4 points due at closing.
