Bigger Pockets of course will be a huge Then you need to build your teams of course: You will need a great lender that knows investment properties and has great programs for investors, someone for acquisitions that has great levels of experience, A good home inspector and or licensed general contractor that can help with rehab scopes, a closing attorney to handle title searches and insurance, you'll need a good property and casualty agent that has policies for investors (the policies are different when they are vacant or under rehab), then you need an excellent property manager (if you aren't doing flips). You'll need to decide a strategy to focus on, will you wholesale, buy and hold, flip, focus on multifamily?
