Newbie looking to invest in Indianapolis, IN

Hi,

I am a new Real Estate Investor. My only experience in Real Estate so far has been with buying my own home.

My interest in Real Estate Investment is to look at Buy and Hold Real Estate.

Based on the little research that I have done, I want to start investing in Indianapolis, IN. I do not live in this area, but I am hoping to find good contacts to help me out with this process.

I have a few leads on some properties, but I am looking to get in touch with some good property appraisers to make sure that these properties are right for me.

Thanks,

Pradeep
