After a brief search, the IRS says-For tax years 2018 through 2025, if home equity loans or lines of credit secured by your main home or second home are used to buy, build, or substantially improve the residence, interest you pay on the borrowed funds is classified as home acquisition debt and may be deductible, subject to certain dollar limitations.

By focusing on essential improvements, we maximized profit while minimizing time and investment.

I have a  good amount of equity and was wondering if it is at all possible to get either a HELOC or cash out in someway to possibly offer a OIC to the SBA and get it off my house.

I'm particularly passionate about House Hacking and Multi Units. 

I've encountered the same issue with being "banned" from Face Book Market Place this morning.I posted a house for rent on Friday and received 30+ inquiries over the weekend. 

I want to sell the White House to two acquaintances (husband and wife).

My wifes house is nearly payed off and we are thinking of buying a new one and doing a live and flip while we rent out our current house... and meanwhile I am really trying to get all the info and contacts so I can pull the trigger on a deal once I find a good one and have the tools to take it down succesfully. 

Both have 300+ properties under management and retain in-house maintenance.
