If I have to remove on then it will have to be destroyed on site.

deed in lieu is for the lender to take back the property without foreclosure,they may offer cash for keys. cash for keys is for the new owner to remove a holdover tenant (could be former owner,family member) you pay them cash after they vacate property

Guys, I have removed and replaced drywall for 2 of the 4 walls of a bathroom I'm working on (removed to install the tub) in Maryland.  

We are trying to sell the house and get her grandma out, but were unsure if we have to give notice or have police remove her.
