Stain is extra but this includes all the millwork around windows and floors etc. so 2k sq house  4 to 4500 to paint interior   same for exterior thats body of house trim and seperate door color Another 4 to 4500 for grand total of 9k.. for a 2k sq ft new build in Portland market.

The ones that really are making some kind of money, like the stupid "cash me" one are just capitalizing on the grand stupidity of the consumer public.
