Would you rather have 5 paid for properties bringing in over 5 grand a month, or 30 properties with mortgages brining in the same amount?

Stain is extra but this includes all the millwork around windows and floors etc. so 2k sq house  4 to 4500 to paint interior   same for exterior thats body of house trim and seperate door color Another 4 to 4500 for grand total of 9k.. for a 2k sq ft new build in Portland market.
