Based on what I can read in the summary, it sounds like you have a shell of a home where all the functional aspects need to be redone.

A common misconception as a landlord is the handyman did good at painting or this other basic function so let's use them for everything and really start saving the dough!

I'd say that there are reasons to leverage your personal life and any business environment, the trick is having a good foundation to build on and apply those functions or aspects which are appropriate, keeping with some simple rules and common sence.

That speaks to your ignorance in understanding that full employment requires a constant ability to interact, concentrate and function along with the inability of the observer to identify such issues.

Bagster's are a good idea, but I don't think they are really functional for real estate business use - find a good dumpster company and build a good rapport with them!
