1. agents can ruin a deal that the seller and buyer worked out and spoon fed to the agents. 2. seller turned power off a day early creating unnecessary "fires" to put out ahead of time3. tenants need boundaries (immediately) to limit unnecessary interactions4. if you buy a home warranty remember you bought it.... or you'll pay more out of pocket unnecessarily 5.

At the end of 30 days you will be happy to leave if it is not working out, so they won't even have to worry about firing you.   

There was a fire in the 2 unit detached townhome, making it uninhabitable.

If some major issue comes up like a fire, medical emergency, or some other incident at the property i would let my childhood friend take over the damage control by giving him some limited level power of attorney.Im not sure if there are certain limitations I can put on my friends power of attorney but as mentioned before it’s something iv considered doing. 

This is because one person in a house that isn't even like ours on a busy road fire sold their house.

Between January (when I took possession of the property) and June, the tenant caused the back door to be kicked in by the Fire Department because she left food cooking while she left the home. 

It's been rented and producing well until late May when there was a fire in the house.

No smoking because it is very expensive to remove the smell and it's a fire hazard.
