I've watched all of the Beginners Introduction to Real Estate Investing and have been reading the forums some. 

After all, I enjoy getting checks monthly - but it would nice to cash in a fat check once in while too.Question 2 - Networking is key to finding good deals - MLS can have some good deals periodically - but the best deals are going to come from a distressed situation that you find out about through word of mouth - and that means staying in front of your network and growing it so that you are exposed to new situations and opportunities.

Really have enjoyed reading many of the posts and found some great information.  

I have watch Roby grow an incredible portfolio over the past few years and I am pleased to call him a friend.  

Though I am not going completely blind I have read several books an watched several podcasts but I know nothing beats experience!

This is why property inspections are completed by some landlords once a month or every other month.The landlord sees how the unit is being treated and the tenant knows the landlord is active and watching over their investment.

I am also an active Realtor with a team of agents and enjoy helping other investors find deals and ultimately position them for resale.
