@Andre BucknerI'm looking in the Delaware County area (right outside of Philadelphia).

After spending a bit of time house hunting in Newport Beach (good luck with two dogs...) we finally found the house we were looking for in Coto De Caza, and we're settling in pretty well here.I have been in real estate my whole life (high school dropout, got into RE at age 20-21) and I've done a bit of everything I guess.

As far as I can tell it covers, DC, MD, VA, WV, DE and PA.

@Julie HassettJust be aware that there are a lot of nice places in Md Va and De.
