Hey Everyone,

Believe it or not, I had never seen this site before, but I really look forward to networking with you all!

In short, my name is Andreas and I'm 29 years old - after having lived overseas for the last 6 years, we returned to the U.S. last year. After spending a bit of time house hunting in Newport Beach (good luck with two dogs...) we finally found the house we were looking for in Coto De Caza, and we're settling in pretty well here.

I have been in real estate my whole life (high school dropout, got into RE at age 20-21) and I've done a bit of everything I guess.

While living in Europe I started a firm that makes acquisitions on behalf of UK- and Scandinavian retirement funds, so I still do a lot of that - mainly just buy whatever they need, often commercial properties or land lots, as regulation over there prevents them from holding residential properties as part of their IRA.

I have developed a few smaller communities (up to 100 homes) in Belize and a few other places across the Caribbean, and I guess development is more my "passion" within the industry.

Finally, we also established two funds for high net worth individuals which we are using to acquire high yielding portfolios of properties, as well as bulk portfolios for resale.
