I've been involved in a few 203ks and from my experience, as long as the current owner walks away confident in the deal and the offer is solid, they aren't as concerned with the 203k side of things.

My only concern is AirBNB is a business so maybe it seems more glamorous than it might actually be.

My biggest concern on the property is getting renters willing to pay market value rent.

Needless to say, I'm concerned about premiums on not just this policy but other properties as they are all under my name. 

Less concerned with cash flow.
