First multi-family in Jeannette. Any demand?

I’m looking to purchase a distressed 3 unit triplex in Jeannette/Penn area. The units are very large 2 bedroom, one is move in ready the others need some rehab. My biggest concern on the property is getting renters willing to pay market value rent. Does anyone own a Rental in this area or know what the demand for apartments is like? Property is 12 minutes from Greensburg and 25 from UPMC East.
