Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I had 3 LLC's, one was the holding company. 

My property management company's insurance could cover the liability of a handyman, but this beyond hammer and nails.

Also, local real estate agencies sometimes have rental listings not advertised online.

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

Insurance companies use this method when determining their policy pricing.

Steve,As Kevin mentioned, there are multiple companies that will write a 2 family dwelling under a Homeowners policy. 

To that end, we always use a management company.

If I were to use this company again, I would request not to have her handle my case.
