Howdy BiggerPockets Community! 👋

In the last couple of weeks, I've officially started my multi-family house hacking journey. I'm seeking a supportive community for tips and advice as I navigate homeownership and landlording for the first time. I just acquired a triplex near the university and I'm excited to dive in. Grateful for friends in the BP community who've gifted me "The Book on Managing Rental Properties" by Brandon and Heather Turner.

With so much to learn in such a short period, I'm eager to hear any advice this community has to offer. Whether it's related to purchasing your first home, acquiring your first multi-unit property, or specifically about embarking on a house hacking journey like mine. What advice would you give to younger self? Any and all insights are welcomed and deeply appreciated as I navigate this uncharted territory.

If you're going through a similar experience, let's connect! We can share our stories and support each other as we navigate this exciting but challenging journey.

Looking forward to learning and growing with all of you!

Warm regards,

Hailee
