Then they go to the county with there research and have the county literally wipe one of the duplicate tracts off the tax records, effectively combining two parcels into one that had been separated and had different owners for 50 years. 

@Michael Noto  Maybe you should try going on to Sherwin Williams and using their color visualizer and try out different combinations?

Thats total combined work in a 6 month period.
