Applicant FICO scores
When it comes to running a credit check on applicants for a single family residence, are there any rules of thumb on a minimum credit score that is generally indicative of a responsible person? Anyone have suggestions on what you feel is an acceptable credit score for applicants to remain in contention for a home? (Combined with a background check.)
