Ever since I joined the site, I have not only been exposed to articles, guides and posts, but incredibly helpful advice from like minded individuals.

Poke around and read all the articles about what you want to do and listen to all the podcasts.

Make sure to read all the articles on the main blog, listen to the BP Podcasts (Many are on rehabbing, but all worth listening to) and read and be active in these forums and you will learn a ton fast.
