Hello,

Let me take two at introducing myself. I kind of jumped the gun the first time and didn't read all the rules after just coming across this site. Sorry for this. My name is David I'm new to real estate investing, but I am interested in wholesaling to help build capital, then eventually move onto rehabbing and flipping. The ultimate goal is to buy and hold. I'm currently a full-time firefighter and on my days off I work for my wife's parents construction company. All of their work is commercial. I've been inspired by watching and talking with them. They started out on the residential side and switched to commercial. I've learned what I know so far from them, and reading. They have a bunch of rent homes. I look forward to networking and learning as much as I can.

I currently have one rental property which I hope to payoff this year for positive cash flow.
