But culling prospects for "move up aspirational" by offering rent to own, seller will finance solves many of the quality / turn over / damage / high mantenance nature of MH renters.  

As a Real Estate Entrepreneur, I would like to start by specializing in Wholesaling Single-Family and Multi-Family homes.

No (violent) crime.I think location outplays all of the staging in the world.So many of the men and boys I have spoken with in class-c areas over the years, aspire to learn welding at a school (yet I'm not aware of a huge calling for welders).

Or maybe they are a skilled internet entrepreneur and can therefore make a much higher return putting a down payment into their own business.

As well as I am an aspiring investor still in college with plans of completing the BRRRR method of investing.
