I've done a bit of digging but wasn't able to find an answer - apologies if this has been covered.If a home insurance policy lapses for more than 30-days, will it be a challenge getting a new policy after we complete a significant remodel (about 6-8 months)I purchase a fixer upper about a year ago and insured it immediately.
