Saying Hello! Introducing myself. Few questions!
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope it finds you well.
My name is Troy and I am a born and bred salesman in Arizona. Own a small entertainment company and I sell cars during the day. Im thinking of taking up RE as a third potential side income generator. Im not afraid of the work.
Im currently seeking advice or pointing me in the right direction? A simple google search is too broad and there is alot of bad information and Im not knowledgable to distinguish the difference....yet.
I do not have a license yet, that is in my plan once I become more financially stable. Where should I start? Is wholesaling a good option? Don't really know where to go, but Im damn good and ready to move! Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks again!

@Troy Pierce what are you goals? More day to day income and more work or passive income and wealth building? If you want to create more time commitment and immediate income, then wholesaling, flipping or being a realtor is good for you. If you want to create passive income then use your money to buy or invest in multi-family or commercial real estate
