When I look for new tenants I always post on a in advertisements that I perform Background Checks & Credit Checks.

I also post for rent signs in the front of the house My mom likes advertising in the paper.

My suggestion would be to advertise at more than his offered rent amount as a grow location and see what interest you get.

Would have cost around 1600 plus 6 weeks of advertising in newspapers smdh

They are also very lenient, so the bill can get to 3 months or more due.We advertise the lower rent without utilities, then have applicants elect to roll it into rent or to pay a higher deposit to help cover unpaid utilities.  

Freelancing sites like elance.com are good places to find VA's.You can also try craigslist I see a few VA's advertise in the real estate services section.

I have heard that you must advertise that the home is available in order for these things to be deemed "operating expenses".
