Water, heat, electricity etc

Hi BP I'm about to place my condo property in Woodside, queens up for rent. I've calculated the costs but just realized I forgot about water, heat, electricity. Should I put that under the new tenants name and have them pay for it or just increase the rent price and say utilities included. Thanks for your help

    hi Jonathan

I always like for the tenants to see what they are spending in utilities.  There is a sense of urgency for them when they are paying the bill and mysteriously the usage goes down.  No parties in the winter with the heat blasting to 80 degrees and the windows open.
