Account Closed Trying out Chase QuickPay

With Chase, you can no longer make a cash deposit unless it is to your own bank account so that inconveniences my tenants that pay rent in cash via direct depositI signed up for Chase QuickPay to try out the free serviceIt seems easy enough as all I needed to do was give my tenant an email address and but I am waiting for funds from the first transactionThe tenant (who does not bank with chase) scheduled a payment for the 5th of March and I got an email notification of the payment which I then accepted. The tenant tells me that the funds have been removed from their account today on the 6thI will post another update when I see the funds in my account cuz it's not there yetPS The official chase timeframe verbiage is "The transfer of money will be completed four to five business days after you accept the payment, subject to the processing times of the financial institution from which the sender is sending the money."

Josh Prince Unsolicited Signed Purchased Contract Received from Broker
8 March 2014 | 12 replies
What made me a little alarmed was the minimal disclosure - the broker was representing himself as only the broker for a client who was a corporation - not specifically disclosing that he was associated with the corporation. The letter made it seem like the broker had an arms length client who was interested in the building, but the client was listed as "[Corporation], et al." with "address on file" - basically giving minimal information.Has anyone ever sent a partially executed purchase offer to someone, cold?
