Sparkrent adding Tenant Screening! Sweet!

I wonder when it will actually go live, I've been looking for an easy to use online tenant screening service that won't charge me an arm and a leg. Who knows what Sparkrent will actually charge though.

What does everyone else use for their tenant screening checks? I'm looking to check credit, criminal history, and evictions.

Hey @William Edmondson - very interesting. I'll keep an eye on this!

I use two things:

1.) SmartMove for Credit

2.) My local Landlord Association for Evictions.

I don't always do credit, especially on the lower-end rentals cause I assume they have terrible credit already!
