So on some of my deals we did were i was going to say bust a 40 into 4 10s were the buildiong pads were and the access roads we would try to push over the tree's so the root ball popped up instead of trying to dig those suckers up.

Since I have the opportunity to remove a big portion of the ceiling drywalls directly below the 2 baths to fix the water damage anyway, it should help the plumber to access the pipe when the ceiling is open.
