I already own a home around lake Elkhorn, but I was thinking that the area around downtown Columbia might appreciate a good amount in the next few years.Hopefully they plan on adding a bit more night life to the town too.Columbia is imo one of the more undervalued area’s in our region being equal distance to both Baltimore and D.C., especially during hybrid work in the future.
