Albany Multifamily Contractors

Hi guys,

I am currently looking to expand my portfolio in the Albany/ Troy/ Schenectady region with a partner that lives close to the region. We are looking at value add deals that need low to medium rehab work. We're trying to build our team with a solid contractor, who can do walkthroughs of properties with us and help us in creating a detailed scope of work. Does anyone have any contractors they've worked with in the past that you would recommend? Or if you are a contracting company / handyman that would like to work with us, feel free to reach out.
