I'm 23 years old, work full time as a credit analyst, and also attending the University of Toledo for my MBA. 

I’m a bit slumped as my dream of purchasing a property before graduating university has been shot down.

I am also interested in renting to students near a university, and this is something that I have not thought of yet.

It is not something I could think up on my own that is just not realistic and you’ll be on the losing side of the jaw using some generic universal lease you found online .
