Has anyone heard of or used the EnviroTabs (http://www.envirotabs.com/) which claim to to a whole lot - from increasing the MPG by 18% to reducing emissions?

Utility companies here verify that the entity who is going to pay the bill is "legal" WRT the secretary of state.
