Do investors offer hands on training?

(Close to train tracks, across the street from a warehouse, busy street, etc.)What is the average DOM for your area?

Get quick training on best tenant screening techniques.  

Thats just my train of thought.

Boutiques are obviously smaller, don’t have name recognition and usually lack formal training, branded marketing products with partner vendors and it’ll rely on you to get most of not all software for prospecting and databases but the commission splits are typically more favorable and it’s a smaller family feel.

I’ve been studying and training wholesaling for a couple months.

I totally agree on late fees being an important tenant training tool.

Especially since one of the dogs is a new puppy which I am sure is not trained.

Training them might take some time.

While many brokers are investors themselves, they may not have the time or the system to train you to be an investor friendly agent.
