I just sold a 2-unit property to a 25-year-old kid that had no money. 

So I believe I found a multi family unit in Essex County, New Jersey.

Also, I only take care of the inside of the unit so very little issues there, so less expense.My SFR's are different in that I need to have some money to address major issues, like Roof repairs, painting (inside and out), etc. 

Tucson Section 8 is valuing my two- and three-bedroom units in a duplex well below market rental rates because they said they don't have data supporting higher rents specific to duplexes (they won't compare to SFHs or Apartments).

Hello,I just bought a SFH in Southern California and planning to do a full gut and convert the garage into a unit.

I'm considering also listing my units on AirBNB to flex as a STR when vacant, especially since there's demand for STRs in the summer months.

However building small unit count, small units is very expensive housing.  

I just got a 3 unit multifamily done.
