Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Hawaii.

Purchase price: $1,720,000

We are seeking recommandation on single family house, rental insurance company for Honolulu, HI. We have been using Liberty Mutual for years but recently we received the mail saying they do not provide rental insurance for single family house anymore(We are assuming it is due to Lanhaina Fire). The house is in the same TMK with our primary house but two seperate dwellings and structures.
