I am actively looking to purchase turnkey multifamily properties if the numbers make sense or a value add scenario in the Tampa bay/Orlando area (16 to 50 units) possibly more.

So far I've figured that the Bay Area is just too expensive and considering out of state rental properties.

Would like to upgrade to commercial multifamily investing from SFRs and vacation rentals. Interests: 1. meet other investors 2.build a wonderful team. Any pointers?
