Hello,Does anyone knows where I can get data about the percentage of properties bought with the help of real estate agents vs the ones that are made by the owners in different countries (specially in Europe)?

Over the past two years between rentals and flips I have bought and sold over 30 properties and I keep asking myself should I get my real estate license again solely for the purpose of handling my own transactions and having my own access to the MLS?

And I've never bought a pre-foreclosure right before auction.

If you bought it at whatever price you're thinking about, would it hit the 1% rule?

Bought a property using seller financing.It's cash flowing $100 a month.Can I or can I not use the income from this property to qualify for a bank loan?

I recently bought my first family home which I occupy.

The unit itself was about 6 yrs old, but brand new and had never been sold due to the market crash so we bought it from the builder. 

I have a single family I bought about 10 months ago I have been house hacking without even knowing it, and currently am in the process of setting up a seller financed deal I have questions about (more on that in a different thread)!

But then someone will say they bought a multi family, rehabbed it, rented it out, but the cash flow is only $200 a month.

I just used him to do a cash out refi on a rental I bought in 2015.
