Pros/cons for investor agent?

Hey guys, I was hoping to get some insight on being an investor agent and the pros and cons that go along with it. can you guys provide some feedback? Years ago I had my real estate license and never did anything with it. Over the past two years between rentals and flips I have bought and sold over 30 properties and I keep asking myself should I get my real estate license again solely for the purpose of handling my own transactions and having my own access to the MLS? I invest in New Jersey and soon hopefully Pennsylvania and I’m not quite sure what type of commission or flat fee I’d have to pay a brokerage firm to accomplish this. Any of you guys have some insight on this?
