I worked under 3 Certified Financial Planner's for over 4 years and want to help folks diversify their portfolio's.  

Well, I went ahead and did my due diligence on the property by getting certified mold remediation costs, and then estimated rehab costs on my own (again, I'm a newbie) based on what demo/remediation was necessary, and lastly verified these estimated costs by getting estimates from 2 different GC's in the area.

Anyone on here certified to do the install for the solar systems on 2 separate homes?  

I just got certified as an approved developer by a Kansas city.

Also will the county accept a certified copy of the POA. 

I suppose you could send a certified letter, if it comes back that might be sufficient evidence.

I contacted the clerk and learned that a certified copy can be obtained and that it is as good as the original.thx!

Well, being certified for lead removal the past 5 years hasn't helped me that much in Chicago so not tracking how a contractor would "make a killing" in Detroit doing it.
