Getting their schedule to align with many different repairmen has caused the repair to get constantly rescheduled and/or repairman disengaging because of their headache.

Are there ever types of damage that make a property a lost cause because they can't turn a profit?  

@Lon Williford A low VA appraisal should cause the appraiser to trigger the Tidewater clause, allowing all concerned 48 hours to show the appraiser why they should raise the appraised amount.I did this several weeks ago with an unusual property.

Students have historically been hard on properties and may cause you a lot of maintenance and repair costs.

Most folks mindlessly buy into the standard mantra of cash flow is king and appreciation is gambling, and in so doing they ignore some very important aspects and get tunnel vision, which not only causes them to miss some profitable opportunities but also ignore some factors that may hurt them long term.

Tenants do not report leaks and/or the equipment itself is leaking, causing problems.  

If northsiders start to flow to the suburbs, the city will lose a lot of tax revenue which will cause taxes to go up on those that stick around.

So I'm guessing this may cause some problems even though my earnings are significantly more.
