can anyone help me with some of the basic requirements i must meet to qualify for  a portfolio loan. i really wanna be as prepared as i can be when i go in bank. what i mostly would like to know is if i need to have at least 2 years work history to qualify. i do have 2 properties under my name right now and I'm looking to add more as fast as i can but i just haven't been on my current job long enough. any feed back is greatly appreciated.

thank you
