I would recommend opening a business account after creating your LLC at a LOCAL portfolio lender bank.

I would recommend meeting with some local investors and narrowing down what you are interested in.

I recommend looking at all the data sources and the listing platforms themselves to get the best feel for revenue potential.Also, reach out to local owners for the most accurate expense information. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I would recommend looking for homes that are for sale with FHA, VA or USDA loans as they are assumable and will save you thousands per year in interest costs!
