Checking accounts, savings, accounts, credit cards, lines of credit, in general, will allow trade lines to get started and show the worthiness of your business. 

I found my landscaper that way.. driving home one day I see a crew working on a small project  stopped the owner was there got his card.. and he ended up landscaping about 60 houses for me.  

A $4,000 purchase on my credit card that I paid off immediately affected my credit score more than the pulls.

Do any of you send Holiday cards to your tenants? 

And if they still don't pay me, I will foreclose on them and take the properties....a "win-win" situation.

In TX, the SoS fee to register an LLC is $300 +/- rush fees, name search fees, and card processing.I'm sure many agree that spending much time on setting up business entities is a waste of time (noise).

I simply move too fast for banks, and I'm smart with debt, so if I can ride an interest-free credit card balance for 18 months, you bet I will.
