What I mean is look into setting up a website landing page for potential sellers of Owner Finance notes in addition to a mail campaign.

@Bobby Narinov - first I've ever heard of a franchise property management company, it's the same website structure as the primary corporate page, they definitely put money into creating that website.The office location is across town from me, I will swing by there sometime and see what it looks like. 

The reports are 40-90 pages long and go through the entire house in great detail.Get an appraisal.
