This leads me to believe it could possibly be an opportunity to offer lower on it as a single and convert it to a multi after close. 

Giving me room to offer the best price but still I’m not getting it

My challenge so far is that while I am trying to get up to speed on a neighborhood/area, and get an estimate of costs that need to go into getting a house rent-ready, I am losing out on the chance to offer.
