Hi Justin,I just had an experience with a house that had Zonolite (left over in the attic underneath other insulation and had gotten into some of the main areas via ceiling cracks, my husband and I were the potential buyers and backed out, seller had no idea and took the house off market to deal with it).I don't think this is a real estate agent question.

Insurance will always be difficult and very expensive for a frame house in Florida.Also rent at $950 for a 500 sf house does not sound correct. 504 sf would be about the size of a studio apartment, maybe a tiny one-bedroom, I don't think section 8 would qualify this as a 2-bedroomIf you have the cash to buy this without financing, I would look at putting a mortgage on a nicer home.

I’ve seen some nasty houses for sale with ceilings collapsed and paint separated on every surface and walls crack over cheap people with pipe dreams of restoring grandmas old mill house leaving it cold in the winter .

However, the house has 3 BR, 1 Master BR, 1 I describe as office area, and two weirdly designed tiny BR.The whole back side of the house has ocean view.
