Zonolite Insulation Devaluation

I'd like to find out how much devaluation a one-story, 4,500-square-foot residence would suffer with a recent discovery of a dangerous asbestos-containing insulation called Zonolite. The material is isolated to only the exterior wall cavities, has not been disturbed/exposed and is not present in the attic. Thanks in advance.
