Books teach soo much information!

Hello BPersI’ve been looking for a mentor for a while and finally found a multimillion dollar investor here in the DFW metroplex(4000 doors)and he offered me a full time job as construction manger for $12/hour as a start and he said he will teach me and raise the pay when I prove my self.The problem is I have to quit my job(UPS truck driver) which I make more than double that and loose all the benefits and insurance.Should I go for it?

Everything they will teach you, you can learn here for free.As far as the money goes, if you don't own your personal home, I would buy one, maybe house hacking it to roommates or buy a small multi-family and rent out the other units.

I do have two very strong points of passive income but the older I get the more I want to learn so if you are willing to teach, I am willing to listen.

The majority of the time in the two day course will be them trying to upsell you to their $20k-$40k higher level of training and coaching......not them teaching you much of anything. 

I teach science to low income children at residential wilderness camps, and I've been invited to help start a new camp. 

Took advantage of their 3leads a day teaching and I’m working on the video part.

When it comes down too it one class isn’t going to teach you everything.

You can also share a sample deal with them, to walk them through the process, answer any questions, and see how much they might want to invest with you when you do have a deal.In addition, start to build up your own brand and thought leadership platform through creating content that teaches people about the types of opportunities you're looking to put together.
