Wholesaling and Assignments

Are there any recommendations regarding title companies in the Arlington, Texas and Concord, CA areas? I am not new to investing, previous investments have been made blindly yet successful so from this point on I want to make educated decisions. I am a retired Army Nurse, I retired young after 20 years in the military and I still work between Concord, California and Arlington, Texas areas. I do have two very strong points of passive income but the older I get the more I want to learn so if you are willing to teach, I am willing to listen. Networking with the possibility of investing is what I am here for. I am divorced no children and have lots of free time to be enlightened. I am extremely interested in wholesaling and assignments.
